  • Maintain all kitchen surfaces in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Dust, wipe or clean all armaments as appropriate.
  • Dust, wipe or polish all furniture as appropriate.
  • Clean windows, mirrors and glass cabinets.
  • Dust all surfaces, including ledges, light switches, ceiling fans, picture frames, and window blinds, polish as required.
  • Check all lights and switches for proper operation.
  • Check TV and associated hardware for functionality.
  • Launder towels, bathmats as required, Replenish Towels, bathmats, toilet rolls & soaps.
  • Clean outside grills, refill propane tanks.
  • Clean bathrooms, including floors, shower areas, tiled walls, sanitary wares and basins.
  • Pull back the covers for airing – remake bed when room cleaned, launder bed linens as required.
  • Clean oven.
  • Maintain all cookware, chinaware, utensils, and glasses in a clean condition.
  • Check fridge for operation, remove old foodstuffs and maintain in a clean condition, check and fill ice-maker.
  • Maintain outside deck areas in a clean condition.
  • Wipe and clean outside furniture.
  • Sweep, mop, wax all floors in the property.
  • Put out garbage in sealed bags for collection.
  • Clean up after any workers who are doing repairs.
  • Check HVAC function.
  • Report any defects to property owners.
  • Ensure property is locked-up and secure when guests leave.
  • Perform pre-arrival services on everything.
  • Provide keys for guests – greet them on arriving.
  • Coordinate the check-ins, making sure the villa is ready, clean, cooled down, grills ready, answer any concerns about passes, activities.
  • Be available 24/7 for lockouts.
